Abstract

The Influence of Motivation, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Regional Staffing and Human Resource Development Agency, West Papua Province; Supervised by: Basri Rakhman and Ahmad Firman. This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction partially on employee performance, 2) The effect of motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance, 3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance at BKPSDM West Papua Province. The population of this study was 60 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The results showed that: 1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Variables Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Performance variables. 5) The most dominant variable that influences performance is the Work Motivation variable.
