Abstract

The Influence of HR Competence, Work Discipline, and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Staffing and Human Resource Development Agency of West Papua Province. This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of HR competence, work discipline and work culture partially on employee performance, 2) The effect of HR competence, work discipline and work culture simultaneously on employee performance, 3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance at BKPSDM West Papua Province. The population of this study was 60 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The results showed that: 1) HR competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work Culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, 4) Work Motivation Variables, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Performance variables, 5) The most dominant variable that influences performance is HR Competency variable.
