Abstract

The Influence of Human Capital, Leadership Style, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Staffing and Human Resource Development Agency of West Papua Province. This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of human capital, leadership style, and work discipline partially on employee performance, 2) The effect of human capital, leadership style, and work discipline simultaneously on performance, 3) the most dominant variable influencing performance employee at BKPSDM West Papua Province. The population of this study was 51 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The results showed that: 1) Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Human Capital Variables, Leadership Style, and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Performance variables, 5) The most dominant variable that influences performance is Work Discipline variable.
