The Influence of Communication Quality, Work Environment, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Manokwari District Manpower and Transmigration Service. This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of communication quality, work environment and work discipline have a partial effect on employee performance, 2) The effect of communication quality, work environment and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, 3) The most dominant variable influences employee performance at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Manokwari Regency. The population of this study was 51 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
The results showed that: 1) Communication Quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Communication Quality Variables, Work Environment and Work Discipline simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Performance variables. 5) The most dominant variable that influences performance is the Work Environment variable.
