The Effect of Job Training, Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Manokwari District Education Office; This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of job training, discipline and work motivation partially on employee performance, 2) The effect of job training, discipline and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance, 3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Manokwari District Education Office. The population of this study was 48 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
The results showed that: 1) Job Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) The Variables Job Training, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance variables, 5) The most dominant variable that influences the performance of employees of the Manokwari Regency Education Office is the variable Work Motivation.
