The Influence of Leadership Style, Communication, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Manokwari Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency Service. This study aims to analyze: 1) The influence of leadership style, communication and work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance, 2) The influence of leadership style, communication and work discipline has a simultaneous effect on employee performance, 3) The most dominant variable influences employee performance at the Agency Regional Disaster Management in Manokwari Regency. The population of this study was 46 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
The results showed that: 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Variables Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Satisfaction Work simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on performance variables. 5) The most dominant variable that affects performance is the communication variable.
