Abstract

The Influence of Discipline, Work Environment, and Work Culture on Employee Performance at Public Middle School 2, Manokwari Regency. This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of discipline, work environment and work culture partially on employee performance, 2) The effect of discipline, work environment and work culture simultaneously on employee performance, 3) The most dominant variable affecting employee performance at school State Middle School 2 Manokwari. The population of this study was 48 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The results showed that: 1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Work Motivation Variables, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Performance variables. 5) The most dominant variable that influences performance is the Work Culture variable.
