The Influence of Work Placement, Leadership Style, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Organizational Bureau of West Papua Province. This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of work placement, leadership style, and work motivation partially on employee performance, 2) The effect of work placement, leadership style, and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance, 3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance employee performance at the Organizational Bureau of West Papua Province. The population of this study was 48 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
The results showed that: 1) Work Placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Work Placement Variables, Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Performance variables, 5) The most dominant variable that influences performance is the Leadership Style variable.
