Pengaruh Manajemen Aset Terhadap Optimalisasi Pemanfaatan Aset Daerah Pada Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Papua Barat

Abstract

The Influence of Asset Management on Optimizing the Utilization of Regional Assets at the West Papua Provincial DPRD Secretariat. This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of partial inventory of assets on optimizing the use of assets in the regions, 2) The effect of partial identification of assets on optimizing the use of assets in the regions, 3) The effect of legal audits partially on optimizing the use of assets in the regions, 4) Effect of partial asset valuation on optimizing regional assets, 5) Simultaneous effect of inventory, support, legal audit, and asset valuation, 6) Which variable is the most dominant on optimizing regional assets at the Secretariat of DPRD West Papua Province. The population of this study was 50 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The results showed that: 1) Inventory Variable has a positive and significant effect on the variable Optimization of utilization of regional assets, 2) Variable Identification has a positive and significant effect on the variable Optimization of utilization of regional assets, 3) Variable Legal Audit has a positive and significant effect on the Variable Optimization of utilization of regional assets , 4) The assessment variable has a positive and significant effect on the Optimization Variable of regional asset utilization, 5) The Inventory, Identification, Legal Audit and assessment variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Optimization variable of regional asset utilization, 6) The most dominant variable that influences Optimization is variable legal audit.
