The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Human Capital, and Work Motivation on ASN Performance at the Manokwari Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service. This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of transformational leadership, human capital, and work motivation partially on employee performance, 2) The effect of transformational leadership, human capital, and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance, 3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance employee performance at the Manokwari District Manpower and Transmigration Office. The population of this study was 52 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
The results showed that: 1) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, 2) Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, 3) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, 4) Variables of Transformational Leadership, Human Capital and Work Motivation simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Performance variables. 5) The most dominant variable that influences performance is the Work Motivation variable.
