Abstract

The Influence of Placement, Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Manokwari Regency Personnel and Human Resource Development Agenc.. This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of placement, job satisfaction and work discipline partially on employee performance, 2) The effect of placement, job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance, 3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance at BKPSDM Manokwari Regency. The population of this study was 50 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The results of the study show that: 1) Work Placement has a positive and significant effect on performance, 2) Work Opportunity has a positive and significant effect on performance, 3) Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, 4) Work Placement, Job Opportunity and Discipline Variables Work simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on performance variables. 5) The most dominant variable that affects performance is the variable Job Satisfaction.
