Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Pelatihan dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada BPKAD Kota Palopo

This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of work motivation, training and job satisfaction partially on employee performance at the BPKAD Palopo City. 2) Work motivation, training and job satisfaction partially affect the work performance of employees at the BPKAD Palopo City. 3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance at BPKAD Palopo City. This research was conducted at the office of BPKAD Palopo City. Determining the sample using the Saturated sampling technique by using the entire population as a sample, as many as 55 employees. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that: Partially, motivation, training and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on work performance at the Office of the BPKAD Palopo City. This means that increasing motivation, training and job satisfaction can improve job performance. Simultaneously shows that the variables of motivation (X1), training (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) affect work performance (Y) which means that an increase in motivation, training and job satisfaction will affect an increase in work performance. Partially shows that motivation has a dominant effect on work performance, this shows that the greater the motivation, the higher the work performance at the Office of the BPKAD Palopo City.
