Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) The partial and simultaneous influence of competence, work motivation and leadership quality on employee performance, 2) The most dominant variables influencing the performance of Bank BRI Manokwari Branch employees. This research used a quantitative approach, with a sample of 50 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, with multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the research show that: 1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables, 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables, 3) Leadership quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Competence, work motivation and quality leadership has a simultaneous influence on employee performance, 5) Motivation is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at Bank BRI Manokwari Branch.
