Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) To analyze the effect of discipline, education level, and work motivation partially on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Manokwari Regency, 2) To analyze the effect of discipline, education level, and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Manokwari Regency, 3) Analyzing the most dominant variables affecting employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Manokwari Regency.

The results showed that: 1) Discipline partially affects performance; 2) Partially the level of education has an effect on performance, 3) Partially, work motivation has an effect on performance, 4) Simultaneously, discipline, education level and work motivation have a positive effect on performance, 5) The results of the coefficient of determination show that 86.0% of the employee performance variables can be explained. by the independent variables, namely Discipline (X1), Education Level (X2), Work Motivation (X3) while the remaining 14.0% is explained by other variables outside the model.
