Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of leadership style, compensation and motivation partially on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Service, South Manokwari Regency. 2) The influence of leadership style, compensation and motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Service South Manokwari Regency. 3) The variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit, South Manokwari Regency.

The results showed that: 1) Leadership style, compensation and motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) Leadership style, compensation and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Leadership Style variable has the most dominant influence on employee performance, 4) The results of the coefficient of determination show that 86.5% of employee performance variables are explained by leadership style variables. , compensation and motivation, while the remaining 13.5% is explained by other variables outside the model.
