Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role and influence of (1) competence, work discipline and compensation partially on employee performance, (2) competence, work discipline and compensation simultaneously on employee performance, (3) the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Agency Manokwari Regency Regional Development Planning. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a population and sample of 57 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the research show that (1) competence, work discipline and compensation play a role and have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, (2) competence, work discipline and compensation play a role and have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, (3) compensation being the most dominant influence on the performance of employees at the Manokwari Regency Regional Development Planning Agency.
