Analsis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Pelatihan dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada BPKAD Kabupaten Selayar
Abstract
This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of work motivation, training and job satisfaction partially on employee job performance, (2) The influence of work motivation, training and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance, (3) The most dominant variable has an effect on the work performance of employees at BPKAD Selayar Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach that is supported by a descriptive approach to describe the research object and research variables. The population of this study amounted to 50 people. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample technique so that the number of samples in this study is the same as the population, namely 50 people. Data collection using questionnaires and documents. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that: (1) Partially motivation, training and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, this means increasing motivation, training and job satisfaction can improve employee performance, (2) Simultaneously motivation, training and Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that increased motivation, training and job satisfaction will have an effect on increasing work performance. (3) The motivation variable has the most dominant effect on employee performance, this shows that the greater the motivation, the higher the employee performance at BPKAD Selayar Regency.
