Analisis Peran Efikasi Diri dan Kompetensi Professional Terhadap Knowledge Sharing dan Kinerja Guru (Studi Empiris SMK Negeri Kabupaten Manokwari)

Teacher performance is a description of the results of the work carried out by educators related to the tasks they carry out and are their responsibilities. The creation of quality education requires teacher performance to share knowledge with other teachers (knowledge sharing) so that they are able to involve different roles related to providing and receiving knowledge.
This research aims to empirically test and analyze the influence of self-efficacy and professional competence on teacher performance with knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. The sample for this research was 98 respondents. Using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The research results show that self-efficacy and professional competence have a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing, self-efficacy, professional competence and knowledge sharing also have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Knowledge sharing has been proven to be able to mediate between self-efficacy and professional competence on teacher performance.
