Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Imigrasi Kota Makassar

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, communication and work discipline on employee performance at the Makassar City Immigration Office. The research uses a quantitative approach, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a sample size of 45 people. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing is carried out using partial, simultaneous and Beta tests.
The research results show that 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) Work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance, 4) Leadership style, communication and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 5) The communication variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Makassar City Immigration Office.
