Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of workload, incentives and work environment partially on employee performance, 2) The effect of workload, incentives and work environment simultaneously on employee performance, 3) The variables that have the most influence on employee performance. The population of this study was 50 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The results showed that: 1) Workload has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work Incentives has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Workload Variables, Incentives and Work environment simultaneously has a significant effect on performance variables. 5) The most dominant variable affecting performance is the incentive variable.
