This study aims to analyze the effect of: 1) HR Competence on Employee Performance, 2) Service Quality on Employee Performance, 3) Work Environment on Employee Performance, 4) HR Competence, Service Quality and Work Environment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, 5) The most dominant variable influences employee performance at the Samsat office of Manokwari Regency. The population of this study was 45 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
The results showed that: 1) HR competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 4) HR Competence, Service Quality and Work Environment have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance, 5) Work environment variables are the most dominant influencing employee performance.
