Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of individual competence on employee performance, 2) The effect of work ethic on employee performance, 3) The effect of work discipline on employee performance, 4) The effect of individual competence, work ethic and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at the General Secretariat Bureau of West Papua Province. The population of this study was 48 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The results showed that: 1) Individual Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work Ethics has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, 3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Individual Competency, Work Ethics and Work Discipline variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Performance variables, 5) The most dominant variable that influences performance is Individual Competence.
