Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of transformational leadership, commitment, and organizational culture partially on employee performance, 2) The effect of transformational leadership, commitment, and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance, 3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Organizational Bureau of West Papua Province. The population of this study was 47 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The results showed that: 1) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Variables of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Performance variables, 5) The most dominant variable that influences performance is transformational leadership.
