Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of: 1) workload, work environment and job satisfaction partially on employee performance, 2) workload, work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance, 3) the most dominant variable influencing employee performance in At the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Papua Province. The population of this study was 45 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The results of the study show that: 1) workload, work environment and job satisfaction partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) workload, work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) job satisfaction variable the most dominant influence on employee performance at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Papua Province.
