Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of motivation on ASN performance, 2) The effect of work discipline on ASN performance, 3) The effect of job satisfaction on ASN performance, 4) The effect of motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction simultaneously on ASN performance at the West Papua Province Social Service. The population of this study was 35 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The results showed that: 1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus, 2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus, 3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus, 4) Variables of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Performance variables, 5) The most dominant variable that influences performance is the variable Work Motivation.
