This study aims to analyze the Impact of Information Technology and Communication Quality on business development. Through this analysis, researchers provide information on how Information Technology and communication quality impact business development. This study discusses the challenges faced by companies in using information technology and communication quality, providing solutions to overcome these challenges. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, surveys, and literature studies, then analyzed using qualitative analysis.
