Pengaruh Pendidikan, Disiplin, dan Sarana Prasarana Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Papua Barat
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze education, discipline and infrastructure on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Public Works Service of West Papua Province.
The population used in this study were all employees of the Public Works Department of West Papua province totaling 85 state civil servants. The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method (census), namely by determining all the population as a total sample of 85 state civil servants. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire/questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to a Likert scale.
The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing indicate that the Fcount value is 134,710 and Ftable with a value of 2.72. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that simultaneously Education, discipline and infrastructure simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Public Works Service of West Papua Province. From the description of the t test, it is known that partial education and infrastructure have a positive and significant influence on the performance of ASN. while discipline does not have a significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Public Works Service of West Papua Province. Furthermore, the infrastructure variable is the most dominant influencing variable with a beta value of 0.485.
