This study aims to analyze the influence of work integrity and effective communication on employee performance within a public organizational setting. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 45 employees through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistics, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both work integrity and effective communication significantly and positively affect employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. This study highlights the importance of strengthening integrity values and fostering an open communication culture within public institutions to enhance performance and service quality.
