Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Discipline and Work Motivation either partially or simultaneously on the Employee Performance of State Vocational Schools I Takalar, as well as to analyze the variables that have the most dominant influence on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 35 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

               The results showed that: (1) Organizational Culture, Discipline and Work Motivation, either partially or simultaneously, had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of State Vocational High School Employees I Takalar Regency. and Work motivation variable which most dominantly influences employee performance. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained results of 0.621, which means that the independent variable (X) has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the dependent variable (Y) by 62.1%, while the remaining 37.9% is explained by the dependent variable (Y). other than this research model.
