Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of information technology and human resource management on employee performance at PT Home Center Indonesia (Informa). The research approach used quantitative methods through the distribution of questionnaires to 70 employees. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that information technology and human resource management have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance.
