Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of organizational commitment, leadership and organizational culture partially on employee performance, 2) The influence of organizational commitment, leadership, and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance, and 3) The most dominant variables affect employee performance. at the Department of Education and Culture of the City of Pare-Pare. The population of this study were all employees of the Department of Education and Culture of Pare-Pare City totaling 48 people. The sample determination used the saturated sample technique so that all populations were sampled, which amounted to 48 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documents, for the needs of data analysis using multiple line regression analysis.

               The results showed that: 1) Organizational Commitment, leadership and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Organizational commitment, leadership and organizational culture had a simultaneous positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) The most dominant leadership variable had an effect on employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of the City of Pare-Pare. 4) The results of the coefficient of determination show that 89.8% of employee performance variables can be explained by independent variables, namely Organizational Commitment, Leadership, and Organizational Culture, while the remaining 10.2% is explained by other variables outside the model.
